Would give this Hotel a zero if possible. Location is amazing and the person is friendly and helpful however the STATE of the place is absolutely vile. It needs a whole new refurbishment before it can opperate. The curtains are full off dust and the windowcills mould. The carpet is just awful and the whole place stinks. If someone has a shower u can hear the water like it'd a flood in your room. Toilet flushes are horrible the sound of it from your room You will get zero sleep and you will fall ill I woke up with face full off spots the bedsheets smelled too. Will be uploading pictures as it won't let me attach any

We rented 2 rooms as we were treating my son his partner n our grandson to a wknd away to see the cars n truck shows on the sea front To say we were disappointed is an understatement We had to wait a while to even be able to get into the "hotel" The smell hit hard curry mould n a damp n musty smell that lingered throughout the whole place, we nearly left before even seeing the rooms .. the staff smiled n give us our keys we wasn't given the WiFi password we had to look around by reception to find it The hotel was so dirty n unkept The rooms were in disrepair n unsafe for a 2 year old His bed was directly under a window that had no safty catch so he could have easily fallen out the 2nd floor window so he slept in with his mum n my son slept there, the kettle was also close to the the single bed where the double bed was the other side of a partition.. The curtains were held on by 2 clips the shower heads in both rooms had mould on them so we had to clean them before we could use them also mould round the shower base n bath n tiles, in rooms 12 n 23 there was also butt's on the floor under the bed from previous cannabis smokers The mattresses where awful it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the cobbled part of the beach Towels were stained The tea coffee milk n sugar was in direct sunlight so the milk was lumpy n sugar had gone hard n all the packs where stuck together cobwebs n spiders in both rooms Locks on the doors were not very good or easy to use n lock Broken electric plug point by the bed there were 2 bedside lamps but no socket for 1 of them The kettle had to boil on the floor as the lead didnt reach the socket we bought our own tea sugar water n milk from a great little shop round the corner I also bought a charger plug n cable there too... The same day the cable disappeared from the room .. I have never felt so uncomfortable about staying somewhere before I unplugged the TV n put a chair infront of the doors I would never stay there again

Solid place to stay. Plenty of free street parking out front. Easy walk to Beach, Dining, Entertainment, Casinos, etc. Charming older building. Room was bigger than most. Stayed in room #22 which was a mid level unit. 3 nights in mid-September 2025. Negatives: Older condition building may be less appealing to some. No USB ports. Positives: Check-in was easy. Room was quiet & clean. Sheets & Towels were clean. Water was hot. Silverware/ceramics were clean. Stocked up heavy on Coffee, Tea, Sugar, & milk. Roomy Bathroom with full tub & adjustable hand held shower. Check-out was easy, just drop the keys off. I gave an extra star for value.

Unfortunately, this hotel should not be operating anymore. It's definitely never had an upgrade. Smell is awful. We actually booked another hotel after one night round the corner and took the money loss. Changed rooms, but not much improvement as there's not much to choose from. Staff tried to be helpful, but the hotel is very low quality and no cleanliness. Disappointed as pictures online looked good. Not sure where those rooms are...
