Awel Deg sits in a converted stone barn within Eryri National Park, near Dolgellau and Llwyngwril. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and you have the whole place to yourselves. One bedroom has a kingsize bed; the other can be configured as either a kingsize or twin. Both ground-floor rooms open onto ensuites—one with a bath and shower, the other with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area is designed around the views: floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Mawddach estuary and the mountains beyond.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is parking for one car on site, and an EV charging point if you need it. The property welcomes one pet at no extra cost. A travel cot and highchair are available if required.
The location puts you near walking routes along the estuary, the beaches at Aberdyfi, and access into the surrounding mountains and valleys. No smoking inside.
