Graig Wen is one of the most beautiful campsites I have been to. The location above the Mawddach Estuary is accessible but peaceful. The whole site feels very spcaious and so much thought has been put into the facilities, layout and what people might need or enjoy whilst staying there. I arrived by bike from the Mawddach Trail and was camping on the Estuary Field during the heatwave, which was challenging to say the least, but there are shady places with hammocks and the under cover charging devices hang out area which gave respite from the sun. Loved the eco credentials of the compost loo and the showers were great. John and Sarah were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely return, but maybe when its cooler! We stayed in the big yurt, the views over the bay is beautiful. There is everything you need in the yurt and kitchen and a hot shower. There are a lot of options in Graig Wen, from the yurts to a simple tent spot. There is a lot of space for all and great facilities throughout. Sarah was most helpful with suggestions of what to visit and to stay away from. We had dinner at Salt & Marsh one night and would definitely recommend you booking a table. Overall a great experience, and cannot wait to stay there again.

Amazing stay in Blodeuwedd yurt. Beautifully shaded for the hottest day of the year! Loved all the little touches, and it was such a comfortable stay with everything you could need for a family of 3. The location was incredible - view across the mawdach estuary, which you could walk down to from the site, and loads of wild swimming spots nearby. Really helpful lovely owners, who made by far the best coffee we have had in Wales! Being able to order fresh sourdough and pastries with the morning coffee really made the stay :)

We had a lovely camping spot by the estuary. Such a peaceful and quiet campsite. Especially enjoyed the showers and the compost toilet had a great view from. Our dog loved it too, especially his trips in the wheelbarrow 😍. We will definitely stay here again, its ideal to get on the cycle trails
