Berllys Annex

Criccieth's seafront and town centre lie within easy reach on foot from Berllys Annex, a self-contained property on the edge of this quiet corner of Gwynedd. The Llyn Peninsula stretches around you, with coastal paths, coves and countryside to explore; the castle ruins overlook the bay. The annexe itself is compact but properly set up for four people: two bedrooms (one double, one with single beds), a shower room and a separate toilet downstairs, plus an open-plan ground floor where the kitchen, dining and living spaces flow together. You have parking on site for one car.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals rather than heating takeaways, with an electric oven and hob. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen all come as standard; towels are provided. There is a shared garden with seating at the back of the property. One dog or cat can come with you at no extra cost. A pub sits within a mile's walk. The annexe is non-smoking throughout.
