Bryn Bychan

Bryn Bychan is a detached static caravan on its own smallholding in Gwynedd, close enough to reach beaches, coastal towns and walking routes within minutes. Harlech castle and Criccieth are nearby, as is Glas Fryn Parc for outdoor activities. Porthmadog's Welsh Highland Railway sits further along the coast. A beach is five miles away.

Everything is on the ground floor. The living space is open-plan with a smart TV and dining area; the kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer for proper cooking. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has two singles, and there's a shower room. Heating, electricity, wi-fi and bed linen are included. A utility room has a washing machine. Outside, a private hot tub seats four, and the garden has a barbecue. You get parking for two cars, plus storage for bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
