Bryn Mair Family Home

Barmouth sits within reach of Snowdonia's best walking territory. The Mawddach Trail, Panoramic Trail and Dyffryn Trail are all nearby, while Cader Idris lies a 20-minute drive away. The town itself offers miles of sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants—a ten-minute walk downhill from the house. For a gentler outing, the Cambrian Coast Express train runs along the shoreline, or there are cycling and riding routes throughout the area.
Bryn Mair is a period property with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping eight. Downstairs there's a living room with a wood-burning stove and smart TV, a kitchen with electric cooking and all the usual appliances, plus a utility room and shower room. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, while the second has a super-king; two further bedrooms hold single and bunk beds respectively, with a family bathroom between them. A west-facing terrace houses a six-seater hot tub with views across to the Cambrian Coast. The garden has steps down to a sitting area. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is gas-fired and the wood burner comes with initial fuel. One pet is welcome. No smoking.
