Barmouth's seafront and promenade are within easy reach of this contemporary duplex apartment, along with the town's independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The Co-op on Station Road is close by for provisions. The apartment occupies the ground and first floors of a town house in the heart of the town, accessed through a shared entrance.

Downstairs there is a dining room and a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook from scratch. Upstairs, the living room has a sofa bed and a smart TV. Two bedrooms sleep four in a kingsize and two singles; both have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. There is also a separate shower room. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, along with a parking permit for one car. An enclosed garden and patio are available. One dog is welcome at no extra cost, and no smoking is permitted.

The apartment sleeps six in total and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
