Cae Rhos works best for larger gatherings—families, extended groups, friends looking to share space without sharing walls. The converted barn sleeps 13 across five bedrooms on two floors, with two bathrooms and a separate WC so people aren't queuing in the mornings. The main living area is open plan, full of light from large windows, with a proper kitchen for cooking together, a dining table that fits everyone, and a woodburner to gather round. A separate snug with a TV gives anyone who wants quieter time their own retreat.
The garden is where this property earns its keep. A covered seating area overlooks the fields, there's a six-person hot tub and wood-fired sauna for evening relaxation, and children have a play area, trampoline and mini football pitch to burn energy. The setting is genuinely rural—fields around you, no near neighbours—yet the nearby town of Bala has shops, restaurants and a lake for kayaking and paddleboarding. Walkers and cyclists can head out in any direction; the National Park, castles and coastal towns make feasible day trips. Parking is ample for multiple cars. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the property is non-smoking. One pet is welcome.
