The immediate draw here is the location on an exposed headland above Barmouth, where the outlook spreads across the Mawddach Estuary and mountains beyond. A path from the grounds feeds onto Panorama Walk, which climbs toward Snowdonia National Park; closer to home, shops and pubs cluster half a mile downhill. The cottage itself is detached and private, sleeping six across three bedrooms—a double and ensuite on the first floor (with its own balcony), a second double on the ground floor, and two singles also downstairs.

Downstairs holds the main living areas: a sitting room with woodburner and smart TV, a kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher opening onto a patio, plus a utility room and conservatory. Upstairs is the third bedroom and its bathroom. The grounds are substantial, with patio seating and a large garden; parking for two cars is on site. Essentials including bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. No smoking in the property. The approach involves 16 steps to the entrance, and the grounds have drops, so families with very young children or those with mobility concerns should check suitability beforehand.
