The Llyn Peninsula's northern coast is dramatic and quiet, with steep cliffs, small working harbours and sandy coves. Colman Bach sits above Porth Colmon, a working fishing beach where the slipway is used to launch small boats and where you can sometimes buy fresh lobster and crab in season. A coastal path leads up the cliff to Traeth Penllech, a less-visited beach with golden sand. Aberdaron village is six miles away; Pwllheli, with its shops and restaurants, is eleven.
The house is single-storey, ground-floor throughout, with two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living and dining space. The property has its own enclosed garden with patio and private hot tub, plus parking for two cars.
