The Llŷn Peninsula offers quiet coastal living far from crowds, and Porth Colmon Farmhouse sits at the heart of it—a detached former farmhouse overlooking the sea with its own stretch of shoreline. The property sleeps six across two bedrooms and one bathroom, giving families or small groups their own space to spread out. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with woodburner, a second sitting room, and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the other offers singles and bunks. Outside, a hot tub sits on the patio overlooking the water, and the garden includes ample seating and parking for four cars and a boat.
Porth Colmon harbour and beach are a short walk away, and the property's own slipway means boat owners can launch directly. The cliffs nearby lead to Traeth Penllach, a quieter stretch of sand; Aberdaron village is six miles off, and Pwllheli—with its shops, pubs and restaurants—lies eleven miles away. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner in winter months. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. The property is non-smoking throughout.
