Hafan
Gwynedd

Hafan is a detached cottage on the Llŷn Peninsula in Gwynedd, built with stone and character typical of the area. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double and two singles on the ground floor, plus another double upstairs—with one bathroom. A conservatory with bay windows looks out over fields toward the sea, and there's a lawned garden with patio and sitting area. A private gate from the garden leads down to Porth Colmon harbour and beach, where you can buy fresh lobster and crab in season; seals and dolphins occasionally appear in the water.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to prepare meals. Heating is oil central heating, with an open fire for cooler evenings. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking on site and space for one well-behaved pet at no extra charge. The Llŷn Coastal Path runs close by, making this a natural base for walkers exploring the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Aberdaron village is six miles away; a seasonal shop sits a quarter-mile off, and a pub and restaurant are three miles distant. Note: the property has open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs.
