Glannant

Two miles inland from Fairbourne's sandy beaches, Glannant is a five-bedroom house that works well for large families or groups wanting their own space. It sleeps ten across five rooms: a ground-floor single with sofa bed, two doubles with ensuite showers on the first floor, and two further bedrooms with pairs of single beds. There are four bathrooms in total, plus a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer for cooking proper meals. Both the living room and the open-plan kitchen and dining space have log burners; a utility room handles laundry.

Outside, a back garden includes seating, furniture and a barbecue. Parking for four cars is on site. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard, and one pet stays free. The house is non-smoking. It's set up for groups rather than couples, and lies within reach of Snowdonia's walking routes and the Cardigan Bay coastline.
