Treetops

Treetops works well for families or groups of up to eight. The four bedrooms—one with a four-poster double and en-suite, the others with single beds—sit on the ground floor alongside two bathrooms, a living room and dining room. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer; essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A heated indoor pool measures 26ft by 8ft, depths from 4ft to 6ft.

The property overlooks Cardigan Bay and nearby mountains from its position above Arthog. You get a decked garden with seating and parking for three cars. The setting puts you within reach of Snowdonia National Park and award-winning beaches in the area. Dolgellau, a few miles east, sits at the heart of Wales's gold-rush history and hosts the Sesiwn Fawr music festival in mid-July. Walkers find numerous routes from the town. Fairbourne golf course lies about 2 miles away. The house is no-smoking throughout.
