On the ground floor, a living room and separate sitting room each have log burners; the kitchen-diner is large enough for group meals and has electric cooking, two fridge-freezers and a dishwasher. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom with tub and separate shower cubicle. The top floor holds two further bedrooms with single beds and a shower room with washer-dryer. Front and rear gardens offer outdoor space; there is parking for three cars on site. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost.

The property works for extended families or groups wanting private accommodation within reach of both water and hills. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; electricity is metered. Smoking is not permitted inside.
