Mountain View opens directly onto a spacious open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space flowing together. Doors lead straight out to an enclosed rear garden with seating and a BBQ, and from there a gate opens onto a path down to Black Rock Sands—a 2-mile stretch of sand backed by dunes with rock pools, about 15 minutes on foot. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, and there's a separate utility room outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: two doubles and one with two singles, served by a walk-in shower room. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. There is private parking for one car on site. The property does not permit smoking.

Harlech Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site, lies under 12 miles further along the coast. The nearby golf club and local operators offer everything from kayaking to quad biking.
