Old Byre Cottage

Families and small groups will find Old Byre Cottage works well as a base for exploring the Snowdonia coast. The cottage has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles plus a sofa bed—and one bathroom, sleeping up to five. It's a whole property to yourselves, with private parking for two cars and free accommodation for one dog.

Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and seating areas with a TV. The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave for self-catering. Upstairs is the second bedroom. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. There's a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and access to a shared courtyard garden. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The location sits within reach of Snowdonia's beaches and walking routes. Harlech Castle is nearby, Barmouth a short drive away with its Victorian promenade and the historic bridge across the estuary. Nantcol waterfalls are two miles away, good for a family walk and stream play. Llanbedr village, a short walk along the river, has a pub serving food and a small shop. No smoking inside.
