Llofft Yr Yd is a barn conversion at Parciau Farm Cottages, a working farm complex less than two miles from Caernarfon town centre. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with two singles—and has a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer, and a separate dining and sitting area with television and doors onto the garden. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided; the first £10 of heating and electricity are covered, with further use charged at a reduced meter rate. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The cottage has its own parking on site and access to a walled garden with patio furniture, shared with other properties in the complex. The location puts you within reach of Caernarfon Castle and its harbour, Snowdon and the mountain railway, and the beaches of the Anglesey coast. Zip World Velocity, a cycle track two minutes' walk away, and Plas Menai outdoor pursuit centre ten minutes' walk away are all nearby. The surrounding area offers everything from museums and galleries to sailing and water sports. No smoking inside the cottage.
