Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x ground-floor king-size, 1 x ground-floor family/children's room with 2 x bunk beds (both accessed down 3 steps), TV and pool table, with Jack-and-Jill access to en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC. 1 x second-floor super king-size bed (zip/link will be made as a super king unless twin beds are requested on booking). Second-floor bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/diner with peninsula island and TV/DVD player. Utility room. Non-enclosed garden with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment but access to local fields is not permitted as they are private working farms with livestock. Dolgellau and surrounding areas are inundated with marked and mapped out walks/hikes for all abilities. Off-road parking for 2 cars and a turning bay. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8.3 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: Access to property is via a steep drive, covered with slate scalpings so not suitable for low slung cars.
