Erddyn opens into an open-plan living space on the ground floor—kitchen, dining area and lounge all flowing together, with patio doors leading straight out to the garden. On this level too is a double bedroom and shower room, useful if anyone needs to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and a twin room each have their own ensuite, so everyone has privacy. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, there's heating throughout, and wi-fi keeps you connected. Bed linen and towels come as standard.
The enclosed garden is where the hot tub sits, large enough for all six guests, and surrounded by patio and seating. It's a safe space for children and dogs to play; one pet stays free. You get parking for three cars on the property. The cottage sits within the Sarnfaen Holiday Park, within walking distance of a sandy beach and the local pub—close enough for a convenient evening out, far enough that you're genuinely away from it all. Barmouth itself, a proper seaside town with shops and attractions, is a short drive. No smoking inside.

We stayed at my son and daughter-in-law's caravan which is on this site. We really enjoyed the leisure centre on site and used the gym and swimming pool every day during our stay which you have to book so that numbers can be monitored. The staff are very helpful and the site is well maintained. Please note: There are no facilities for touring caravans or tents on this site.

We had such a lovely stay at Sarnfaen Holiday Park. The cottage was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the amenities were really easy to use, which made everything feel relaxed and stress free from the start. The area itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views all around and such a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind for a few days. The hot tub was definitely one of the highlights, especially in the evenings with the lovely scenery around us. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Just spent our first weekend in a new static caravan purchased though Sarnfaen. The process and professional throughout was faultless. The site is maintained to perfection and the staff are incredible, so friendly and nothing is to much for them. Thankyou so much for everything you did, we are a tremendously happy family.

Lovely Clean comfortable caravan. Friendly staff, great swimming pool, hot tub, sauna included. Nice gym, lovely cafe and of course minutes walk from the beautiful beach and a very short drive into barmouth itself. Our second stay here. Definitely recommend.
