All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, alongside a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with woodburner, Smart TV and Netflix. One bedroom has an ensuite wet room; the others share a family bathroom with bath and over-shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial logs for the fire. A private hot tub for six occupies the enclosed garden, which also has patio seating and a children's play area. Parking is available for three cars.
