Ground-floor layout means no stairs to navigate with luggage or children. The main living area opens onto a garden with patio and seating; there's a lawned space, barbecue and bike storage too.

Three bedrooms sleep eight across a double with ensuite, a zip-and-link pair of singles, and a bunk room. The second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer all standard. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and bed linen come with your stay. One dog stays free. Parking for three cars sits on site, and there's an electric car charging point available for a fee.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Zip World and Llanberis are nearby, as is Snowdon with its mountain railway. Penrhyn Castle and Caernarfon Castle are a short drive away; Anglesey's coastline and the GreenWood Forest Park are accessible for days out.
