Dolgellau is a ten-minute drive; the coast at Barmouth and Fairbourne around twenty minutes. Mountain walks, woodland trails and sandy beaches all fall within easy reach, making the location work equally well for active breaks or quieter escapes.

The whole property is yours, sleeping six across three bedrooms: one double with ensuite shower, another double, and a third with two singles. Two bathrooms serve the house. The kitchen opens via French doors onto a patio and is equipped for proper cooking—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and American fridge freezer included. The living and dining room has a woodburner and Freeview Smart TV. A utility room houses the washer-dryer. Outside, there's a summerhouse, garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking for three cars. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking throughout.
