The Sail Loft

Coed y Brenin Forest Park sits on the doorstep, bringing some of the UK's best mountain biking within easy reach. Walking trails crisscross the woodland too, alongside the rivers Mawddach, Eden, Gain and Wen. The Nannau Estate setting means you're surrounded by open countryside yet positioned to explore what the area offers without a lengthy drive.

The Sail Loft is a converted stone building with three bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping four guests in total. The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs holds a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and French doors onto the garden, plus an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining space with exposed beams and a wood burner. Upstairs, two single bedrooms provide additional sleeping space. A stream runs past the property, and the enclosed garden is mostly laid to lawn with space for outdoor dining via the patio table and chairs. Bikes can be stored in the garden shed, and there's parking for two cars on site.

Electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and you'll find seasonal produce available from the garden. The property is non-smoking. This is an entire cottage to yourself, rather than part of a shared building.
