The Lleyn Peninsula draws walkers and cyclists in numbers, with a dedicated 3-mile path and cycle route practically on the doorstep. The Stables sits on a working farm within easy reach of Pwllheli and Criccieth, positioned between quiet countryside and the coast. A few minutes' walk over the railway brings you to the beach; further afield, Portmeirion, the steam railway, the marina and Abersoch's water sports are all under 15 minutes' drive.
The converted stable is arranged on one level, with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a shower room, and a combined living and dining space. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine included. Electricity, Wi-Fi and heating are covered; you'll need to arrange bed linen hire separately. There's parking for two cars on site, and a small enclosed garden area with seating. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
If you have horses, the owners can arrange grazing, field space or stabling for an additional charge. Fishing, beach horse riding and golf all happen locally. Shops, pub and restaurant are 2½ miles away.

We stayed for the Easter weekend. Good location, nice well equipped cottage & a good base for visiting the Llyn peninsula. Would stay again. The owners are very helpful. Highly recommended.
