Ty Coch Chatham is a single-storey property on the Gwynedd coast, a short walk from the Wales Coast Path and its pebble-backed sandy beach. The whole place is yours alone—one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living and dining area with a woodburner. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, plus a washer-dryer for longer stays. A 32-inch TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi keep you entertained indoors, while the enclosed garden with furniture gives you outdoor space. Parking for one car is provided. Ground-source and solar heating keep bills low, and your first load of wood for the burner is included.
The location sits within the Foryd Bay RSPB Lapwing reserve, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest where bird-watching is excellent. Snowdonia National Park lies nearby, and Snowdon itself is roughly 20 minutes' drive away. Caernarfon, with its castle, shops and restaurants, is 4 miles off; the Welsh Highland Railway starts from there if you fancy a scenic journey deeper into the mountains. Walking, cycling, surfing and golf are all accessible from here. A pub serving food is 1 mile away. The cottage takes one pet free of charge. No smoking indoors, and it's not suitable for children under 16 except babies in arms. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
