Ty Mawr Cottages - Ty Mawr 1

Talysarn sits in quiet countryside on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, within reach of both mountains and sea. Ty Mawr 1 is a semi-detached cottage on the village's outskirts, with walking trails starting from your door and the award-winning beach at Dinas Dinlle a short drive away. The Llŷn Peninsula and Anglesey are both accessible for a day out, while Caernarfon—home to its castle and the Welsh Highland Railway—lies close by for exploring further afield.

The cottage has one double bedroom and a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs is open-plan: a kitchen with electric cooker and hob for proper cooking, a dining area, and a living space with Freeview TV and electric fire. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; there's also parking for one car on site. No smoking indoors.

This is a two-person base for anyone wanting straightforward self-catering in a village location, with Snowdon's footpaths and the Welsh Highland Railway both within an easy drive eastwards through the Nantlle Valley.
