Waterwynch suits families and couples wanting a compact break by the sea. The two-bedroom apartment occupies the first and second floors of a Grade II listed building in central Criccieth, with the beach a short walk away and local shops nearby. One double bedroom and one with bunk beds sleep four; there's a single bathroom with bath and shower. The owner, a master carpenter, has built custom furniture throughout—bespoke beds, hidden games table, and fitted pieces that give the space character beyond standard holiday lets.

Upstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is properly equipped with electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so self-catering is straightforward. Freeview TV, Wi-Fi, heating and parking for one car are all included. There are 18 steps to the entrance and a two-step level change within the living area. No smoking is permitted.
