Walk into a single-storey layout where everything unfolds on one level: living space and kitchen occupy the heart, with three bedrooms and a shower room branching off. The main bedroom has an ensuite; the other two share a bathroom. A woodburner warms the living area, and the kitchen holds a gas hob, electric oven and microwave for self-catering. Doors lead to decking with garden furniture and views across the site.

The caravan sits within a working holiday park on the Llyn Peninsula, with an indoor heated swimming pool (20m by 10m, shared with other guests), plus parking for two vehicles. The park has restaurants, shops and a range of activities available separately. Pwllheli town is nearby with its harbour, beach and golf course. Further afield, Porthdinllaen beach, the Welsh Highland Railway near Porthmadog, and Portmeirion are all within driving distance, as are Criccieth and Harlech castles. Coastal footpaths run through the area; grey seals and sea birds inhabit the shoreline. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included; wifi is available. The park does not permit smoking.
