About Novotel London West
Six hundred and thirty rooms spread over nine floors make Novotel London West one of the bigger hotels in this part of the capital, a straightforward choice for anyone who wants scale and consistency over boutique charm. It sits in Hammersmith, within reach of Eventim Apollo and Kensington Palace, making it workable for both a concert night and a day of sightseeing.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks on offer, and family rooms and accessible rooms are available alongside the standard layout. Guests have a restaurant and bar on site, a snack bar, breakfast service and room service for anyone who'd rather not go out, plus outdoor seating for warmer days. The hotel also runs a gym, meeting rooms and business services, so it copes equally well with conference stays, weddings and family trips.
Practical extras include a lift, laundry service, luggage storage, concierge help and an electric vehicle charge point, with chargeable on-site parking for drivers. Pets are welcome, and beyond the hotel doors there are pubs, restaurants and other entertainment nearby, making it a reasonable base for exploring Hammersmith without needing a car.
Guests consistently praise this hotel for its spacious rooms and delicious breakfast, which includes plenty of options. The exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful staff, particularly at reception, along with the convenient location near the tube station, are also frequently highlighted.
Some reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained.
