An excellent and reasonably priced guest house that is within a 2 minute walk from the beach, train station, local pubs, shops and restaurants within Seaton Carew. Rooms are clean, wifi is good and the hosts friendly. I have stayed here for 3 years whilst working in the area, soon to leave, however I would stay here again should I return back to the area.

Excellent accommodation, the new owners Chris & Janet were very nice and friendly, clean rooms with plenty of space. Most bedrooms have en-suite, bathroom amenities & towels with coffee & tea, hot chocolate and kettle in room too. Lovely homely place to stay. I stayed a few times last minute booking I just called them and I extended my stay too, with just a days notice. As new owner they are updating many rooms, which is good. I’m hoping breakfast will be available next time as Covid hit hard for the staffing. Good location, shops within walking distance and only 3 mins from the seafront. Great private parking area outside the hotel. Highly Recommend from me for a stay. Contact them direct is best!

Very good accommodation, owners very nice and friendly, clean rooms with plenty of space. Lovely guest lounge and breakfast area. Breakfast well cooked plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Good location, shops within walking distance as was beach. Excellent parking right outside. Would certainly recommend.

The guesthouse is in a perfect location minutes from the beach & the new owners have said renovations are being made throughout. Chris & Janet are friendly & welcoming & the room was cosy & warm. The bed was comfy as well & the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be coming back :)
