My 80year old disabled sister in law along with her granddaughter were due to stop for four nights, but because of the dirty bathroom and the bedroom being on the third floor she couldn't manage to climb three flights of stairs again and so left the hotel without any breakfast available.

Dog friendly cafe Pennicks@Trinity. Friendly staff and great coffee. A little off the main beach road but the only dog friendly cafe in Seaton Carew.

Perfect room really well kitted out very clean and tidy lovely location.single bed really comfortable as im a big bloke.The owner very nice and a pleasure to deal with would recommend. 5star xxxxx

No tv,even when I told the owner it wasn't sorted. No shower and difficult to get hot water. Stairs a risk factor. Quite a few Health and Safety issues.
