I haven’t stayed in the rooms but I have frequently visited the Marine hotel for food evening drinks with my family. We stay with family in Seaton Carew and use the hotel daily. I have to say the food is amazing great portions and well presented. I have always enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is friendly. The staff are amazing and looked after us so well when my young daughter was having a bad day. I would highly recommend using the hotel. The customers in the hotel are always friendly. There is a dog friendly area as well. And views of the sea. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Service was fast and friendly. Chips were absolutely banging! Proper chips .. if you know , you know! I ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap. The sauce was very watery but overall was lovely. Came with crisps and a side salad. The half lot that came to the table too was huge! Really good value for money to be fair! Between 4 of us we had 4 drinks, 2 sandwiches, 1 wrap and a half lot it came to £52 which I thought was really good.

Really disappointing. Stopped by for a coffee. Meant to be dog friendly but your not allowed a bowl of water next to where you are sitting incase it creates a slip hazard... but the spilled coffees were fine. Not actually dog friendly and was told if my dog needed a drink she was to go back outside in the heat and drink the warm water that was sitting in a bowl. Some of the worse service ive ever received from looked like would be a rather nice hotel to stay at.

On arrival we were greeted with Carl and Vicky at the main reception we felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door they were so happy and smiley and just wanted to have a laugh with us, we upgraded our room to a suite! Which is absolutely perfect, we couldn’t thank these two enough for making us feel so welcome! 100% recommend x
