About The Lindum
Carlisle Parade runs along the Hastings seafront, and it's here that The Lindum occupies a Victorian townhouse looking out towards the coast. The setting puts guests within easy reach of the town centre and the coastal attractions that draw people to this stretch of East Sussex, with the sea itself just across the road.
The Lindum has 12 rooms, kept simple and unfussy rather than dressed up, and a number of them come with sea views and their own balconies, worth requesting if watching the water matters to you. Each room has air conditioning, free WiFi and drinks, and there's a 24 hour reception along with luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. A restaurant and bar operate on site, and breakfast is served each morning.
Free parking is available on site, a genuine convenience in a seafront town where space is often at a premium. From here it's a straightforward walk into central Hastings and along the seafront to the town's coastal sights.

We had to find a last minute room after a bit of issue with Booking. Com. We could not have ask for a better reception from the lady she was so kind ,so helpful. I was so pleased on how nice and welcoming she was. I would recommend this hotel anyone without hesitation. The sea views are very picturesque and added bonus to an amazing place.to stay in Hastings.

Clean, well-appointed rooms (our room had a little fridge) with wonderful sea views. We will definitely stay again. Lovely, friendly staff but the visiting gull was quite demanding!

Amazing sea view from second floor. The waves act as a natural sound proofing to any neighbouring rooms so very peaceful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and held my bag on the last day so I could look around freely before catching my evening train. Some might consider the decor dated but I liked it, it gave it an old school charm. No breakfast, but plenty of places near by. I recommend the Castle View Cafe, a few minutes away.
