I cannot recommend Sonia and her team more! We had my little girls birthday here today we added build a bear and Bluey visit it was brilliant all the children had an amazing time. All Staff were helpful and kind. Bluey went down a storm with all the kids the build a bear is absolutely worth the money every child left with their very own special bear We will definitely be back for more party’s thank you so much

This is a great soft play area for youngsters. Online booking is available and in my opinion, is the best way to secure your play time here as it can get very busy. There's enough obstacles to keep the children busy for at least 2 hours. There is a separate area for under 4's and for an additional fee of £2.50 per child, there is a role play section where the children can be vets, hairdressers, builders and more! Food is served here and is very reasonably priced. The toilets are very clean and are cleaned regularly. There is also a cleaning schedule on the back of the door which staff complete when the toilets have been cleaned. You can book your child's birthday party here and packages are again, reasonably priced. Staff are friendly. Ample free parking Easy to get to

Today was the first time that my young grandchildren and I visited Merlin's Magic. Needless to say that it won't be our last! My grand children thoroughly enjoyed exploring, making friends and the smiles on their faces were better than words! I must also add that the staff were attentive, the hygiene was very good, 5 star and that was throughout the building!

Had our daughters 5th birthday party here today and it was a fantastic day! Booking online was easy and they answered any questions that I had. Very welcoming when we arrived and all the children enjoyed their food and loved decorating their ice creams. Even received a free return visit in a birthday card which was a pleasant surprise 😊 our daughter said she had the best birthday ever! Would happily book again! Thank you so much for making our daughters day special.
