Swallow Barn is a barn conversion with character—vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stone walls throughout. Two miles from Haverfordwest, it sits within reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast, and close enough to explore inland walks. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and an enclosed garden where you can sit outside or light the barbecue.
Everything is on the ground floor. The main living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a woodburner for evenings. Two bedrooms sleep four: one has a double bed, the other two singles. One bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the woodburner has fuel laid on. One dog stays free. The nearest village amenities are at Crundale Community Centre; Haverfordwest's market town centre—shops, cafés, pubs and a Friday farmers' market—is a short drive away. Tenby, known for its Georgian houses and coastal scenery, is also accessible. No smoking inside.
