About Premier Inn London Hayes Heathrow Hyde Park

Premier Inn London Hayes Heathrow Hyde Park suits travellers who need a straightforward, no-fuss base before or after a flight, or anyone passing through west London who wants easy transport links without city-centre prices. With 150 rooms across four floors, it works equally well for a single overnight stop or a longer stay while exploring the capital.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks on hand, and accessible rooms are available. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar for breakfast or an evening meal, plus a 24 hour reception for early departures or late arrivals. On-site parking is available for a charge, which is handy given the proximity to the airport. Some rooms have been noted as a little tired in places, so it's worth keeping expectations realistic on that front.

The location near the Elizabeth Line makes onward journeys into London or to the airport straightforward, and there are pubs, restaurants and other eateries nearby for evenings out. Staff are consistently described as helpful, and the hotel is generally seen as good value for what it offers.

A great hotel in a convenient location, right next to Hayes & Harlington station. With the Elizabeth line on your doorstep, you have quick and direct access to central London, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel is relatively modern, with clean, comfortable rooms that are equipped with air conditioning, which is especially appreciated during the summer and any heatwaves. It also offers the convenience of on-site parking. If you’ve forgotten any toiletries or fancy a snack, there’s an Asda just a two-minute walk away, making it really convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, particularly if you book in advance, as you can often secure some very competitive rates.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Got upgraded to premier plus and the room was so spacious and comfortable, totally worth the price. Polite, courteous staff helped promptly with the self check in issues. Location is very calm and pleasant, very close to the airport which can be reached via 278 Heathrow central, and Hayes and Harlington - Elizabeth line at a 7 min walk (if you need a bus from the station then catch the U5 to Uxbridge). Need any groceries - then Asda store is down the street. Overall, I’ll highly recommend it especially if you’ve a layover or upcoming flight from Heathrow.

I generally do not post reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience for the benefit of others, especially those who suffer from asthma or allergies. If you have respiratory issues, I strongly recommend not spending your money on this hotel. My family and I stayed here for a week while attending a wedding, and it turned out to be one of the worst accommodation decisions we have ever made. During our stay, my asthma became severely aggravated. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but I suspect it may have been related to mold or poor air quality within the hotel. There was also a persistent, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area that smelled like garbage or sewage. The smell was constant throughout our stay and made the room extremely uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the concierge and was assured that management would inspect the room. However, despite raising the concern on two separate occasions, no one ever came to investigate or follow up. For anyone considering staying here, I would strongly advise spending an extra £40–£50 on alternative accommodation if possible. The additional cost is well worth avoiding the discomfort and lack of support we experienced. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Stayed from 7 till 14 may, 2026

Stay in premier inn with work all the time but this one by far has been a right let down! Served the wrong food after waiting 50 minutes and we are the only table here! Curry was not great at all, 4 bits of chicken, watery and bland! Chicken skewer starter was deep fried and bone dry! Everyone has a Long wait at the bar as its not manned on a Saturday night and its frustrating! Lady here running around like a headless chicken apologising every 5 mins! 1 person in kitchen is clearly struggling! Get offered a free drink for the wait and bad food and when we said just take the current one off the bill as we dont want another drink we was told not possible by the manager who was the one who put the wrong order through! He didnt want to come over and apologise fpr wrong order or see if the food was ok, or explain about the drink etc and left it to the poor woman who keeps apologising! We work for a large company with a premier inn acc for over 150 employees and we will def wont be recommending this one as a good stay on our group chat! Going to bed hungry, roll on breakfast
