A ground-floor den with sofa bed suits older children. The main living space is open-plan, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, dishwasher, and full laundry facilities. A small patio with garden furniture looks onto the grounds.

The location works well for active holidays. Local walking routes start from the doorstep; golf, fishing and horse riding are available nearby. Ledbury, a market town with independent shops and restaurants, lies a short drive away. Hereford Cathedral and the Mappa Mundi are 11 miles on; the Forest of Dean about 35 miles. A pub and restaurant are a quarter-mile walk. The A417 runs close by, giving straightforward access to places like Ross-on-Wye, Great Malvern and Cheltenham.
