The Elephant Cottage is located in the base of the ownerâs farm and once owned by a Birmingham Circus Family who relocated to the city to retire with their animals and it was here that a baby elephant was housed in this barn â hence the name! Today, this barn has been beautifully modernised and turned into a spotlessly clean and charming with the old beams and trusses remaining. Elephant Cottage is light and airy inside due to the high beam ceilings, and multiple windows look over the view of the surrounding farmlands. Fishing is possible about two hundred metres away from the property in a small lake stocked with brown trout and carp. One pet welcome but no smoking is allowed on the premises. The garden is fenced with gravelled, paved and lawned areas on top of a seating area to the side of Elephant Cottage. One pet welcome.
