The bedroom contains an electric bed, while the en-suite wet room includes a walk-in shower, shower stool, toilet frame and grab rails. Living space is open-plan, combining kitchen and lounge with a breakfast bar, smart TV and electric heating. Essentials like bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, and there is parking for one car on site.

The cottage sits in Edwyn Ralph, a village in rural Herefordshire with countryside walks nearby. Brockhampton Estate, a National Trust property with accessible woodland trails, is a short drive away, as is Bromyard with its accessible downland walks and views across the surrounding landscape. The enclosed garden has seating and furniture for outdoor time. One well-behaved pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
