Priory Cottage

Priory Cottage sleeps seven across four bedrooms and three bathrooms in rural Herefordshire, close enough to Hay-on-Wye for a day trip. The ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen and dining space with electric and Aga cooking, a separate living room with a wood burner, a games room, and a utility room. Upstairs, one bedroom has a super king bed with an ensuite, one has a king with ensuite, one a double, and one a single; there's also a family bathroom. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, wi-fi and bed linen—plus initial fuel for the burner.

Outside there's parking for five cars, a front lawn, and a rear patio with garden furniture. One pet can stay at no extra cost. The cottage is non-smoking. It suits groups of friends or extended families who want to cook together and have space to spread out, with High House Equestrian nearby if riding is on your agenda.
