I went with my husband to buy new ski boots. What a professional, informative and friendly staff. No pressure selling, just excellent advice and service. For my husband's level of skiing, he tried 3 different make of boot. It's quite a process of measuring, fitting, refitting and the ones chosen then had their liners heat moulded and then a final fitting. We left with a great pair of boots, confident of the fit, more knowledgeable of best practice in putting them on, taking them off and taking care of them. The boots also came with a free 2 year refit guarantee, should it be required. On top of all this, you could NOT have got these boots cheaper online and they would not have been professionally fitted. We would highly recommend Snow Lab. Make sure you book an appointment if you are buying ski boots. It took approximately an hour and 45 minutes for the fitting. We were really lucky they managed to fit us in without one.

Booked a full fitting with some new ski boots. Service, knowledge and patience was 5*. Had a really great experience there and will be back for more stuff before next holiday. A great place run by a solid group of people.

Bought a full snowboard set up from these guys a month or so back. Cannot fault the service, staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. My boots needed adjusting a few weeks after, I walked in and they adjusted them for me there and then despite being really busy. Will defiantly buy from snow lab again.
