What visitors say
This was our first visit to a Clip 'n Climb, and we weren’t quite sure what to expect—but we were very impressed! I visited with my 7-year-old daughter, and she had an amazing time. Check-in was quick and easy, and the health and safety briefing was straightforward—a five-minute video followed by a staff member demonstrating how to use the harness. Everyone had a chance to practice before entering the climbing area, which was really helpful. The venue has a great variety of climbing walls and other fun challenges, and because we booked an earlier session, there was no waiting around. Everything was well-organised. The staff were fantastic—friendly, supportive, and always on hand to help with harnesses or to boost confidence when needed. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be visiting again very soon!

We visited this weekend at the very first session (mini mountaineers). There was only my son and another family so super quiet. The staff were nice, but could do with some training on how to explain to toddlers/pre schoolers how to help with the harness, and talking to young children in general. They expected a 3 year old to be able to attach and detach himself from the clip!! The venue is really small. Too small. Theres lots of Different ability walls but really only 3 maybe 4 were actually suitable for my 3 year old. I was expecting an area only for that age group, which I think the centre would benefit getting. I didn’t go in the cafe as I don’t think it was even open.. I think something like this really needs a much bigger place as I can’t imagine how overwhelming it is during a busy period.

We had a brilliant experience at Clip ‘n Climb High Wycombe. I brought my 4-year-old climbing and also had my 2-year-old with me, so I wasn’t always able to help with clipping and unclipping. The staff were absolutely fantastic — they really went out of their way to help us, keeping an eye on my 4-year-old and stepping in whenever needed. They were patient, kind, and great with kids, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. My child grew in confidence so much during the session, and that was largely thanks to the supportive team. We felt really well looked after. Highly recommend for families, especially if you’re juggling more than one little one!
