The Red Kite is a ground-floor apartment sleeping five, positioned within easy reach of the seafront and looking towards the broader Moray Firth landscape. Rosemarkie beach lies three miles away; Fortrose, with a wider range of local facilities, is nearby.

The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, plus a single bed in the first bedroom to accommodate a fifth guest. The living and dining space opens onto a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine all present. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is private parking for two cars on site and access to a shared garden with patio and barbecue area. Smoking is not permitted.

One well-behaved pet stays free. The apartment is yours alone—no shared access with other holiday lets. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
