The Waterfall House

The Waterfall House comes ready for immediate use. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to a prepared home. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking, and the living room has a TV and Wi-Fi. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath serve four guests comfortably.

This is a rural property within a mile of the coast, positioned above Avoch, a small fishing village. Outside, a garden with seating overlooks the sea—the kind of space where you can watch for wildlife in the bay or simply sit with coffee and face the water. The fireplace is decorative and not operational. The village itself is walkable, and the Black Isle and Fortrose lie within reach for day trips around the Moray Firth. Smoking is not permitted.
