Cairn View

Aviemore sits at the edge of the Cairngorms, making it a base for hill walking, mountain biking, and winter sports depending on the season. The village itself has shops and restaurants within reach, and there's plenty to do without leaving the area—lochs, forests, and ski facilities are all nearby. Cairn View is positioned on the quiet side of things, away from the bustle.

The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king in one room with its own shower room, another king, and two singles. There are two bathrooms in total. Downstairs is a spacious living area with a woodburner, a kitchen opening to the garden, and a utility room with washing and drying facilities. Everything you need to cook properly is here—oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, pizza oven and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; heating and logs for the fire are included, with more logs available locally. A welcome meal comes ready in the slow cooker on arrival, and breakfast basics are stocked.

Outside, the garden is fenced and set up for gathering, with seating, a barbecue and a private hot tub for four. An external games room holds a pool table, table tennis, table football, darts and an air hockey table, plus a digital sauna. For younger children there's a basketball hoop, badminton, swingball, archery and boules. Bikes are available to hire on site—adult and children's sizes, including a double child trailer. One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors.
