Aviemore sits at the gateway to some of Scotland's most demanding mountains and gentlest glens. Coire Cas is positioned on the village fringe, far enough out to feel removed from the bustle yet close enough that a five-minute drive reaches the restaurants and shops. The Cairngorm National Park surrounds you—hill walkers and mountain bikers come here for the terrain, water sports happen on nearby lochs, and in winter the ski slopes open up the high ground.
The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: two with kingsize beds and ensuite showers, one with a single and pull-out single. Two bathrooms serve the property, and the ground floor holds a kitchen equipped to cook properly, with a slow cooker, air fryer and pizza oven alongside the usual appliances. A sauna and fitness room occupies one wing. The sitting room has a television and log burner for evenings in. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. A fenced garden wraps around the property with a private hot tub, patio and barbecue, and outdoor games—basketball, badminton, archery—spread across the grass. Parking for two cars sits on the drive, with additional spaces on the road outside. One dog is welcome. The house is yours alone; no shared facilities, no neighbours in the same building.
Week-long bookings include a meal left ready in the slow cooker for your arrival. The setting suits families gathering together, or groups wanting base camp for days on the hills and trails that define this part of the Highlands.

If you have the fortune of a clear day, you can really see how dramatic of a cliff this is and how beautiful the valley below is. Well worth stopping for a few minutes between Ben Macdui and Cairn Gorm for this view
