Heath Cottage

Heath Cottage is arranged on one level, which means you step straight into an open-plan living area that brings the kitchen, dining room and sitting room together in one flowing space. From the dining area, French doors lead directly onto a patio and enclosed garden. There's also a conservatory, useful for lounging or watching the weather while staying dry. The layout is practical for families or groups: one bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, while the other two share a family bathroom with a full bath and overhead shower.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double, another double, and two singles. You get the place to yourselves, with parking for two cars on site. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Boat of Garten sits within Cairngorms National Park and is close to Andersons Restaurant and a pub within walking distance. The village is a base for exploring local woodland trails and the River Spey. Smoking is not permitted inside.
