Hygge is an architect-designed house built with eco-friendly principles, sitting in the crofting village of Ose near Struan. It overlooks Loch Bracadale, with the islands of Tannera and Harlosh visible across the water, and stands just 100 yards from the shore. The property is heated by an air source heat pump and has a wood burner in the main living space. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms serve up to seven guests across two floors, with the ground floor offering a four-poster super king bed and a bunk room, plus a first-floor bedroom with another super king and a separate sitting room with a 43-inch smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The enclosed garden has a decked patio and furniture, and there is parking for three cars on site, with an electric charging point available if needed. One dog can stay free of charge. The area offers archaeology sites including Dun Beag Broch and chambered cairns within easy reach, as well as Dunvegan Castle and access to walking, fishing, kayaking and craft galleries. A coral beach lies 200 yards away.
