One The Loan is a modern house sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room with patio doors opening to an enclosed garden, plus a separate living room with Smart TV and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
